Love and Conscious Connection
Examining the fundaments of love
The Consciocentric view is that consciousness is an intrinsic property of reality and matter. Consciousness is interwoven in 4D spacetime and the 5D many worlds of possibilities. (See other articles about the many worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics) Consciousness is a continuous spectrum, and is extremely fluid in advanced life forms -- our higher level id is a result of multiple spheres of consciousness through the organs in our body. Further, our consciousness does not end at the borders of our skin.
Our consciousness extends to our family and friends -- and beyond the people we spend the majority of our lives with, our consciousness can expand to our communities and society at large. The conscious invention and evolution of language over the past few hundred thousand years has expanded human abilities to communicate conscious information to others and to affect the direction of family, friends and society.
Under the Consciocentric paradigm, love is the feeling we experience when we share our conscious sphere with others. With life partners, we develop bonds where we share our time, our energy, our intimate and private thoughts, and our help to achieve our partners goals in life -- and in a reciprocal fashion, we hope our partner will pool their time and energy to help us reach our goals and live our best life.
Between children and parents, conscious spheres are very deeply interwoven. Parents experience a deep love for children -- they will go to extreme lengths, sacrificing their individual goals in order to nurture and support their children, and spread their conscious ideas and information to their children. Children, in turn, have a strong dependency on parents in early years, they crave their parents time and want to constantly play with parents and interact with them. The want to share time together is perhaps the strongest indicator of love.
Love is primarily a feeling of giving in this conscious sphere model. This is why sometimes people may fall in love with someone who does not have reciprocal feelings. The feeling of love is one of wanting to share your consciousness -- to give your time and energy and spread your conscious information with another. It's possible for a person to feel deeply in love with another and do everything they can to offer their time and energy to another, without any sort of reciprocation. But love is most fulfilled and strong when it goes both ways.
Interestingly, love need not be between two humans. Many people fall in love with their pets, their possessions, or any tool which allows them to expand their conscious spheres. Love is a feeling we get when we spend our time participating with something we care about. Even with an inanimate object like a guitar, someone can fall in love, to a degree, with the object. In the case of a guitar, the love might be partially for the actual object/tool, and partially for the sounds which it allows us to create, and the capability to spread our ideas and conscious currency with others through music.
